I was working the night shift at a Fortune 500 company; great compensation, great benefits with incredible career opportunities. I was doing very well. Then I began to {notice} this empty feeling inside. I {noticed} the lack of fulfillment from my work. I {noticed} that I never really saw the impact, end results of my work. Did it have anything to do with working during the night, in a closed space, with no windows? Then I noticed that as I was walking inside the building it felt like I was dying; like my Soul, Spirit was dying. I knew my life's purpose, my life's work and calling was connected to helping people. I began to {listen} to the Life within me and around me. I was on the Journey to Becoming...I just needed to listen and take those steps. As I listened more to within, listening to that sense of dying from within, the Divine Inspiration came...."Momentum". I truly was inspired...this idea of no longer being stuck, moving forward with energy and zest; pursuing those things that I desired and giving life to those dreams and visions that were living inside of me...I needed to notice those uncomfortable feelings, I was being given the opportunity to listen. It was my Invitation. And when I did, "I Am Becoming" Momentum Coaching and Consulting was manifested.

Momentum is not just a function of movement or a measurement of how fast an object is moving. Momentum is also a calculation of movement that takes into account "what direction" an object is going.(East, West, North, South). The calculation for Momentum is: P=MxV(Mass times Velocity). All objects occupy Mass and space in this Life including You. You literally do matter because you are Matter. Which direction you are going and moving in your life, makes a difference. Which way are you going? Your life has Purpose. #Momentum
